Obviously it’s not home made nor is Nona’s job on the line, that said this is the best jarred sauce I’ve ever had. It’s close to being a vodka sauce there’s a little spicy zing, but then the creaminess of Recotta cheese takes center stage makes every bite special. I also use this on pizza crust and top chicken with it for chicken parm.
