Remove the nose guard, remove the eyebrow cushion, add glasses counterweights (heavy iLiftz), push them as close to your eyes as possible, maybe add a glasses strap on the back. Boom, these things kick ass. I added a rubber band pulling the two lenses together because the IPD still wasn't small enough for me. Once you get everything set up, these feel ridiculously nice, but from the factory they're awful. Glass is clean, eye relief could be better. Overall, they get the job done and are very lightweight. However they are definitely no Zeiss or $1000+ custom dental loupes.
