For taste, price, quality and health, you cannot beat this brand of tuna. BUY IT by the CASE!! Also, it is healthier to buy tuna in oil, no water, as our bodies need good oils like olive oils. It is only saturated oils we should avoid. With tuna in olive oil you can skip the mayo you so often add to tuna, as you won't need it.
