I was unfamiliar with this brand but a little research tells me that it is based in St. Malo, France.It has received the gold award from EcoVadis, a Paris-based organization.It's described this way: EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform that rates businesses' sustainability based on four key categories: environmental impact, labor, and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices.All this is of some importance for a product you put on your skin.As for the product itself, I love that it has almost no fragrance. Sometimes manufacturers add fragrances to cover the odor of the ingredients. So I'll take no fragrance as a good sign.It feels like any other good-quality toner — fresh, cleansing but not drying or irritating.
