Recent User Experience

I use these wooden non-sterile tongue depressors to mark the rows/squares in my raised bed vegetable gardens. I mark what I planted and the date with a Sharpie marker. YES...they break down after a couple of months. Which is a good thing for the health of the earth. They contain no chemicals so that is good for my garden. But they serve their purpose until the seeds sprout and the plants emerge, so that I don't accidentally disturb or plant over the seeds already planted.In the past, I have purchased the sterile wooden tongue depressors, but they are individually wrapped. It is a waste of paper, and a waste of my time to unwrap each individual tongue depressor. Since these are non-sterile, AND UNWRAPPED, I can get right to work without wasting the time to unwrap.Being a retired dentist, I would not recommend these for health usage unless they were autoclaved (sterilized) first. But for my garden needs, they are absolutely perfect! These are already in my garden shed. I highly recommend them.
