My doctor recommended this product after i had laser skin resurfacing done. I used it twice weekly for a few weeks and then increased to 4-5 times a week. Although my skin was a bit sensitive for the first couple of weeks, I have no problem with it now. I was told that might be the case. Seems to keep my skin looking fresher.Use only at night as directed because retinol can increase sun sensitivity. Excellent product that I now buy on Amazon instead of from the doctor. (No RX required.) Much less expensive.
