Recent User Experience

I have had a fantastic experience with this product. I needed to take a medication that affected my skin, and had deep acne that took forever to resolve. I started in with different skincare, but the acne was still there. I was apprehensive to try an AHA as I have always had dry skin but in the end, that's what helped. I tried other AHAs -- CosRX -- and this one worked really well. I have used it every day to once a week as needed, from 2016-2025. This product works better for me than Paula's Choice liquid AHA.Given all of that, and the price of the product, the pump sucks. I've had to take a few apart bottles apart to get at the precious lotion inside. When they redid the design, I was hopeful that the pump issues were gone. Well, they are better.
