I have many skin allergies and have a very hard time finding hair products for my hair. My hair is wavy, fine, and has high porosity. This hair mask is sooo helpful! It focuses on actually hydrating the hair instead of just bombarding your hair with emollients. Before my skin allergies, I used Oribe products which I loved! Oribe is great because their system focuses on hydrating the hair first and THEN sealing the hair with emollient based leave-in products. Now with Paul Mitchell’s new hair mask I can get this effect by using this hair mask as a hydration step, followed by my bond repair deep conditioner. It is a great combo. I have been putting my hair through a lot lately with needing to shampoo my hair sometimes multiple times a day and this mask has really helped me maintain the health of my hair during this time. I would definitely give this a go and see how much benefit you get by mix-and-matching it with other products.
