I picked this up for my husband because he spends a lot of time outside on job sites, and let’s just say… sunscreen has not historically been part of his personality. But now that we’re in our 40s, he’s slowly coming around to the idea that maybe protecting your skin is a good thing.What made him actually agree to try this one was that it’s clearly marketed with men in mind. Sometimes that little mental shift makes all the difference.The first thing he mentioned was that it’s completely fragrance-free, which he really likes. No strong “skincare smell,” no lingering scent—just put it on and go. For someone who normally avoids products altogether, that’s a big win.Texture-wise, it’s lightweight and absorbs quickly. It doesn’t leave that heavy or greasy feeling, and more importantly, it doesn’t leave a white cast behind. That was one of his main concerns, especially being out in the sun all day. It blends in clean and just kind of disappears into the skin.He also has a full beard and mustache, and surprisingly, that didn’t become an issue. Even if a little gets into the facial hair, it doesn’t make it feel greasy or weighed down, which I think is part of why he’s actually continued using it.I’ve tried it a couple times myself too, and I get the appeal. It feels light, hydrating enough for daytime, and layers well without feeling like you’re wearing sunscreen.
