Made from durable top quality materials. Soft interior, comfortable shape that adjusts to any form of hand. Other brands are said to cause blisters with extended use. Doesn’t look bulky like the other longer OTC model. I followed the sizing chart and it fits great (if you’re in between sizes, I suggest to go for the lower size, which I did). I've seen similar products in pharmacies and the price is way higher that these. I haven't had any problems with these. They are comfortable, small enough to let you do everyday activities and it looks good. I had some issues with my left wrist after shoveling in the field. Not sure if it was wrist tendonitis or De Quervain's syndrome, as I never went to the doctor LOL! But it turned out fine. The pain is gone. My thumb has full range of motion painless again. My wrist tendons doesn't creek now. It took a while. Like 4 months. Fact is, this splint helped me immobilize my wrist, thus easing the pain in the worst days. After that the pain went gradually away. I was not limited in my daily activities while wearing this splint. If you have trouble with your wrist or thumb, rest, rest, rest. That's the secret, and the pain will slowly go away if it's a tendon issue (this is because tendons have a lower blood flow. Oxygen does not reach them quite as good as in muscles and recovery is S L O W. Be patient though, and be optimistic). Overall, excellent choice to treat wrist tendonitis (in my case). I’d definitelly recomend it. Hope this helps.
