Suffering from "Bakers Cyst" which is miserable and these really seemed to help along with lots of cold packs and otc naproxen. I now have one for both knees and use them as needed. They have given me a good amount of relief and I noticed a dramatic difference quickly. They are comfortable and I sometimes put them on before bed if my knee or knees are bothering me. My wife started having a knee problem the other day and also found relieve from my brace, might be time to order a 3rd and perhaps 4th set. Well made and have stood up to machine wash on cold cycle several times.
