My 4 year old fractured his leg and had a full leg cast. This was the smallest foot boot/shoe I could find at a good price. He wears a size 9/10 in regular shoes. This was a tad bit big fitting him shoe wise but the straps tighten over his cast to where he could walk fine and the shoe wouldn’t fall off. This worked great for the full 8 weeks with no problems at all. Very surprised at the quality!
