I have pain on and off in my elbow and this has helped ease that pain on some of the worse days.It isn't anything overly complicated. It is just a piece of hard foam attached to a cheap but of plastic, but it does work to confuse the muscle and ease the pain.I do wish overall that it was a little more comfortable to wear, but maybe that would defeat the point.It does adjust easily enough to fit well and does the job it is supposed to do.
