Amending my review: after the company saw my review they reached out to offer replacement and make sure that I was set. They consistently followed up and made sure that the new unit was in good working order and I had no problems. I appreciate the service and the follow-up. The replacement product has given me no issues and works as desired.Purchased item and when I finally plugged it into use it it worked for a 3 seconds and stopped. I was very disappointed and no matter what I did I could not get it to function after that. If it was functional then it would be a decent value for money. However, quality control needs to be revisited. This unfortunate is the size was perfect for what I needed and I did appreciate the suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place.
