Recent User Experience

While sorting through I found very few bad lentils. These are smaller, like French lentils, so maintain their shape even after long cooking times. We had them one way the first night and then the next day I processed them slightly with a hand blender to give more of a lentil soup texture. I cooked them in bone broth made from chicken and lamb bones, with lots of small cut veggies. These are NOT sprouted, so think the other reviewer was reviewing the wrong item...I also do not care for the sprouted lentils another company sells. THESE ARE NOT GF. Several members of my family have celiac disease, so I just wash these after sorting in a bowl, completely covering with water, and then spray them off well, as there is ALWAYS the possibility of cross contamination even at the field level with this type of product. All lentils are inherently GF. They are part of the diet of the communities being studied for longevity, are extremely digestible, and tolerated by those who are on limited diets.
