These are the best Lupini online. They are a really good size and very tasty. Although they are a bit pricey, they are worth it.You have to know how to cure them or else they taste horrible and not good for you. First soak them in a pot over night. Next morning, change the water and boil for at least an hour. Let cool in the water, then change the water and place in a GLASS jar or enameled pot and store in refrig. If you don't place in refrig and change the water each day, they get smelly and slimy. Each day change the water for 12 days. By day 8 add salt or whatever seasonings to the water each of the rest of the days. By day 12-13th they are ready to eat. It takes time and patience, but they are so healthy for you with lots of protein and low calories especially if you are on a diet. The premade Lupini are very salty and have a lot of additives so they taste completely different. When done, I put them in mason jars in the refrig. You can use them in recipes or just snack on them like the Italians do for holidays.
