Salvatore Orlando left Sicily, he moved to the Basque Country, where he planted some canned and salted fish factories. This Olasagasti White Tuna in Olive Oil was a pleasant addition into my pantry stock. The oil keeps the fish hydrated and not dried out or overly greasy. The taste is salty but not overpowering, a very delicate tuna taste overall and nice sized chunks with a fantastic texture.When I opened the tin and took the first bite prior to decanting it, my children both asked for a taste first. The photo was what was left behind for me when they were finished and satisfied with their “taste” of the tuna! My kids aged 7 and 10 both gave 5 stars for this product.The price matches the quality. They are both high.The packaging is pleasing, I agree with others that this would make a nice gift for someone who would appreciate it. I will be buying myself more in the future as a treat now and then.
