As a person in my middle ages, I'm more opt to use age defense like shampoos to protect my hair which is why I wanted to use this product. The fragrance of the shampoo and conditioner have a really nice scent that's not overpowering with a floral scent that's just so lovely that you want to keep smelling it.For the shampoo, it suds up quite well so for my short hair I just needed about a pea size. It feels nice applying it and massaging it into my hair and I actually feel like for this shampoo I wouldn't want to just wash it off so quickly but let it stay in for a little while longer. After washing it off, my hair felt very moisturized and smooth. The conditioner had pretty much the same fragrance smell as the shampoo and felt more viscous than other conditioners I've used. Same that I didn't need a lot for it to be used effectively in my hair and make it even smoother. Even after showering, I can still the nice fragrance in my hair.The same fragrance exists as well for their hair serum which I choose to use the next day to space out the use of the products. The instructions say to use up to 3 pipettes (I did have to google what that meant) which would be 3 drop fulls but really depends on how much hair/scalp coverage you have. Since my hair is shorter, I think one was enough and it covered it all while leaving a slight oily film, but I wouldn't call it on the overly oily side. It does make your hair feel more moisturized throughout the day and you still feel it's there if you touchIn terms of what I think could be better, it would just be minor things including having a seal to protect it and maximize freshness as well as having a flip or snap cap vs the screw cap for ease of use. Otherwise shampoo/conditioner/hair serum, feel and smell great and my hair does feel good, so it seems like it's working. Last note is using the triple set together will make the fragrance stay with you for the whole day so if you touch your hair you'll be able to smell it on your hands.
