This is a review for the NewLife Naturals Vitamin E Vaginal Suppositories Moisture & Hydration Support – ESoothe Ultra 100IU 2.5X More – Feminine Intimate Comfort Inserts – 30 Day Supply USA ($24.99)Pros: I have actually been buying and using these for more than a year so was happy to get a free box to review. I use maybe 2 a week, alternating with vaginal estradiol and a vaginal hyaluronic acid moisturizer. It’s kind of like dealing with my dry painful vagina has become my new hobby in midlife. I have a lot of pain for days after sex if I don’t stay on top of things here. So — with that use case, a box of these lasts me a lot longer than 30 days. These are kind of bullet shaped, soft, oily suppositories; a little slippery and a little tricky to get pushed up inside very far, but I can get it. Fine at room temp. By morning it has all melted and its oil everywhere on my vulva and thighs — messy — but I don’t wear drawers to bed. A panty liner would be sufficient here I think. It does help with soothing and hydration. It is not enough by itself for me — nothing is — the combo I’m using is what it takes for me.Cons: just messy is all. Some people may get irritation from this; I haven’t noted any myself. A little expensive and how very annoying that FSA/HSA doesn’t cover most things like this, but that’s how it goes.
