My father was a dermatologist. I’ve been using this product & others from Neostrata, for 25+ years. I’m 56 and nobody can believe it. People tell me I look like I’m in my late 30s or early 40s. I can easily pass for 40.Neostrata products were developed by dermatologists. You can use this on your entire body, including your face, as I do. I also use Rx retinol product on my face, neck, chest and back of my hands. I mix a pea-sized amount with a quarter-sized amount of this product.For my body, I mix this 40/60 with a body lotion that is less thick, so it spreads more easily. The only exceptions are my elbows, feet and lower legs. Those need this undiluted.You must use sunscreen when using this or any Rx retinol products. I use sunscreen with clear zinc and my powdered mineral foundation also has spf15, because both are physical sun barriers. I stay away from chemical sunscreens due to allergies to it.Any products like this and retinols - products that dramatically increase skin-cell turnover - please always treat your face, neck, chest and back of your hands the same. The biggest mistake I saw my dad’s patients make was using the products only on their faces.It was like looking at two different people from the face to the neck and chest.
