I've tried CosRx, Nexcare, peach slices, hanhoo, some by mi, avarelle, generic patches, homemade hydrocolloid patches and Rael patches in regular and medicated.Of any of the aforementioned brands Rael was the previous standout. The patches stayed on place all night. I could apply them at any point in my routine and they would still stay put. I could sleep on my side with a heavy sleeping pack on and they would stay put.However, they kept raising the price. They also didn't absorb as much from the wound or heal as quickly as some of the other hydrocolloid patches that didn't stay on overnight.These Neogen patches are cheaper and stay just as well. I can slap them on as an afterthought and count on them being there in the morning. BUT they absorb twice as much as the Rael patches and heal twice as fast. I'm a big fan of neogen real ferment micro essence and cica pads so I bought these patches on a whim. I'm so glad I did! There is no better product on the market full stop.
