I received as described two packs. Its thin yet great for medium flow. One lasts just fine whole day for me but can bunch up a bit towards EOD, but i guess depends on ur body and how often u change them. Comfortable and breathable. Love that they are biodegradable. Would recommend even though some bad reviews they work just fine for me so i guess depends on each person...
