My usual brand(s) of skin care are primarily from K-beauty companies: Depology, IOPE, ISA Knox, HERA. However, I have heard about MZ Skin before. MZ Skin has been around for awhile, I think since 2016, and is considered a premium brand from the UK -- in fact, their products are all made in the UK. They are supposed to be premium, but I've seen and heard about quality control issues with their face masks in the past, and some creams even being contaminated with mold. But, maybe they've figured their QC issues out. Their products aren't listed on any of the freshness checker websites to check batch / lot #'s for production dates, so you will need to email the company directly to get this info. Active ingredients are Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Seed Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, sh-Polypeptide-121 (Collagen). They got rid of a lot of controversial preservatives in their previous eye moisturizers.The oks: lots of stabilizers and lots of fragrances. This lotion goes on very rich and creamy, smells amazing too. But, it's a bit too fragrant.The unknowns: Why sucrose? Why the need for a sugar? The use other types of preservatives.I'm currently using this along with Depology face creams. I LOVE this moisturizer, though. It's super rich and luxurious. It smells luxurious, and although subtle, can be a little bit too much if you're using perfumes along with it. I feel like this cream makes my face feel smooth and hydrated, and although it's a bit steep in price, it's worth it.
