Recent User Experience

First and foremost, this bottle got opened somehow and arrived half full. I'm not sure when that happened on the journey but it's a good thing to note so extra precautions can be taken for future shipments to avoid this issue. I did not deduct a star for that reason because the seller likely sent the bottle closed. The product itself is nice and smells great. It lathers nicely and leaves my hair feeling clean. It does not leave behind a waxy residue like cheaper products do so that's a huge win for me. I also find that it did not weigh down my curls which is important to me. I feel like I only have half of the full effect without using the conditioner too but I'd buy this shampoo again.
