The product itself is really great! Smells really really good. Feels lightweight and nice on my hair. Made my hair less frizzy and soft feeling! Bottle is a great size! Only needed to use about half of my normal drugstore brands of conditioner which is a money saver and a must! Have heard great things about the brand and overall I’m not disappointed in the actual brand whatsoever! My only flaw and deduction of one star is because I’m purchased both the shampoo and conditioner and both were poorly protected and both had spillage in the Amazon bags. Having me lose a good amount on product. This has never happened on any of my other hair products I’ve ever purchased through Amazon ever and I would have thought it was a coincidence if just one came that way but both packages had spillage of both bottles.
