This is tiny shredded pieces of crab me…no lumps in here. It does rate like crab so it delivers what it says. Because it cut so fine it works well on crackers by itself, but a little mayo definitely helps to keep the whole thing together and stuck to the cracker.One thing I noticed was there is no paper between the meat and the can. Maybe the can is treated, maybe the paper present in other brands doesn’t do anything, but it’s worth noting because so many other brands have the paper present.
