I have tried at least a dozen knee wraps and this is the only one that fits comfortably and actually gives me more confidence when using it. I have bone on bone and awaiting replacement surgery. I own three of the Mueller Sports Medicine Open Patella Knee Sleeves and wear one all day, through all my chores, including training my eight month old Aussie. The wrap helps hold my knee in place. It is tight and feels solid. On hot days it does get sweaty but I don't notice it until I take it off for the night. I keep a couple around and am continually washing the others. Great peace of mind for the money.
