I have an 11-1/2 shoe size. The item does not adjust far enough to ensure the the supports under the ball of the foot stay in place throughout the night. I tried several times and started out fine, but the supports would slip back toward the arch during the night; this defeated the purpose of the night support. It seems to be a good idea, but the adjust-to-fit from size 8 to 12 is to much of a stretch (so to speak) on the larger size.
