My arms (biceps/triceps etc).are much fattier now that I'm over30, but they've always been big, evenas a younger 150 lb person.SO...to get to my point, rightnow, the circumference is ~15".I have tried several ELBOWcompression sleeves, and theyjust were terrible. Always way tootight, most were thinner - almostlike leotard feeling, and they allrolled bc my arms are not solid.Partially why I need the sleeves is.so I can start turning the soft fattytissue back to muscle!More later if anything changes orI feel I can tell more that would help.I'm likely going to purchase one morein Large, just to see the difference.
