It's pre-wrap. It works as it should.The color received is the "natural" color. It is a bit lighter than the "tan" colored pre-wrap I've seen before.It works well. Recommended.FWIW, a box of pre-wrap will last far longer than a box of tape (2-3x as long?). So plan accordingly.
