Recent User Experience

This is the best Kinesiology tape I've ran across to date. I tried some other KT brands from Walmart, the pharmacy and athletic stores. All of those were peeling or rolling off within an hour. I wore it fishing and hiking and the tape stayed on all day. I stood in a river for at least 6 hours straight and the tape didn't come off until I peeled it off. It claims to have a 5-day wear. I have only worn it as long as 3 days with camping, fishing, and hiking. It stayed strong the entire time, so I could believe the 5-day claim. It is waterproof or water resistant. I tape my knee every time is go bike riding now and won't ride without it. It holds my knee cap in alignment. I have no idea where I bought the Mueller tape locally, and was never able to find it again except through Amazon. Just a note, if you have easy to bruise skin, take care in the removal. I noticed some speckled tiny bruising a couple times on my thigh from peeling the tape off, but the speckled bruises were gone by morning; they didn't even hurt. I bruise that easily. It was really on there and it sometimes leaves some sticky residue, but it'll rub or wash off easily enough.
