This entire brand, all flavors, is amazing at pickling things. One bag pickles alot, so if your doing a small batch of whatever you decided to pickle, just do the math and ratio it out, and use a food scale to measure the mix. Also, I usually use a higher level of vinegar every time, like a 2:1 ratio. Enjoy.
