The bottle was empty. The interior of the box smelled great. The cap was barely on the bottle. I returned the empty bottle in the same box. What's odd is it was wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap, I guess more of an envelope. Anyhow, oddly, the bubble wrap was just damp. Like it wasn't full to being with? Not sure where it went.I'm very satisfied with the smell of sandalwood. This wasn't a bad purchase as I'm very pleased with the oil. One really great thing I've noticed, most of the products ive used on my beard are oily. I know, it's suppose to be. After oiling my beard i run my hands through my hair, easily removing whatever left. Good product in my opinion. The return was hassle free. When I run out I'll buy more from this seller.Oh the low star rating would have been 5 star were it not for the lack of ensuring the cap was fully tightened.I do recommend this beard oil.
