This is my first time using a menstrual disc and even reading the directions, I wasn’t exactly sure how to insert it. I did some research online and was able to figure it out, thankfully. This is easy to use and the packaging as mentioned is really really well done and really makes me feel like it’s a good quality product that cares about going the extra mile for their consumers. I don’t really have anything to compare it to, because I’ve never tried any others, but I’m happy with it thus far!
