Not like American toner. I AM IN LOVE! It’s another holy grail!!!-clear-minimal fragrance. Did not irritate skin at all-extremely hydrating! (So hydrating that I’ve used only cleanser and this toner to test and my skin did NOT dry out AT ALL)-absorbs quickly but leaves skin moisturized to the touch-softening-buffers the appearance of pores-layers WELL with other products.-DID NOT CAUSE BREAKOUTS OR EXACERBATE EXISTING ANCE-did not clog pores!-*possibly helped blemishes heal faster.*it does contain alcohol but doesn’t say what type. Based on the texture of product I’m confident it’s a good alcohol. (Good alcohols bring hydration into the skin. I wrote about it yesterday and some sistas here chimed I’m with even more info!)I will be trying more from this line!ANDDDDDD, ITS ONLY $13.99!
