I have had 2 surgeries for knee replacements. After the first, the other knee gave me grief. My physiotherapist recommend this knee brace. And it is the best recommendation I ever had. The brace is easy to put on, fabrication is very well done, the knee cap is held in by a indentation of the brace. You must mesure your thigh for a comfortable fit. It will feel a tad tigh (the perfect fit will keep in place better). Instant relief. Now I have two, even with my titanium new knees it is nice after a long walk to wear them if knees are tired. One does not wear this brace all day, and not for sleeping. Not to be worn after surgery (right after). I recommend this article. No doubt about that. 5*****
