I sprained my wrist REALLY bad. I can't believe it wasn't broken. It took three full months to be pain free and have full range of motion back. I wore this wrist brace during my recovery and it is excellent! It gives a very wide, snug level of support. If you fall down on your wrist will this help? No. But to give it support for normal movement, it's great.And now that my wrist is recovered, I wear these on each wrist under my boxing gloves for hitting a heavy bag, instead of the very long, classic style wrist wraps that take me forever to put on. These are so much better for this use! It saves me a good amount of time getting into and out of workouts, and it's a great level of wrist support for hitting the heavy bag. Love it!
