The support and comfort receive mixed feedback - while some say it provides better support, others report it cuts off circulation to the arm, and while some find it comfortable, others say it's too tight. These supports are nice but tight. They do probably work wonders for the brachioradialis because they have that band support, but it is non stretchable like others that are stretchable, so they work mostly while workingout. I got them for inflamation at the tendons due to heavy bench press and they do work and help a lot, but if your arms are bigger than average, it will be a tad too tight near the triceps.Overall they are great, just do notice that they may be a little tight if your arms are muscular. I would get another band for support while resting or non exercizing, these ARE for exercizing.I always use XL gloves and even knee supports from the same brand and got these in the same XL size.UPDATE: these fixed a bad elbow from bench pressing too much weight and doing chest pullovers with too much weight. Due to the straps it could also fix an radiobrachialis inflammation due to too much weight at the deadlifts with no straps, they work fine for pressing if you let them loose.Overall, GET THEM.
