Update 1/16/2020: so I have tried a couple more times since the original review, changing the 3 stars to 5. It definitely takes some getting used to making the right consistency with the powder and water, but once achieved, it's pretty awesome from there. I also found out that, the burning sensation is more because I did not apply enough water, once the consistency is right, there's no burning sensations anymore. One thing I'd say tho, if you end up making the mixture too thick, once it dries on your nose, powders will start coming off and get everywhere, and it's definitely not fun if you breath that into your nostrils. So far, I think the best way to describe the perfect consistency is watered down milk or rice milk, its not fully milk white, there is some watery colors, and it stays on the skin. Anything too light won't stay, and anything too thick will dry out and get everywhere.I definitely like the brand, and after reading the reviews I decided to give these powders a try. As mentioned in other reviews, it is way easier to apply with a small makeup brush after mixing the powder with some water. I tried it by the instruction the product gave, and there were excess powders everywhere. Once applied, I definitely felt my pores closing up, there is a "tight" feeling on the skin. However, I also felt mild burning sensation, people say "beauty comes with a cost", but I'm not sure that would apply in this case, the burning sensation stayed at all regions on my face that had the powdered (nose, but some got smeared onto my cheeks), and it stayed burning for quite some times after I've removed the powder. I ended up having to wash my face with cleanser and put on extra witch hazel toner to calm it down. I am not sure if this means I have sensitive skin? I've been treating my face as "combination" type for years (oily T zone, dry outside of T zone). Will give this product another try and update.
