Reason why I stated "Surprisingly" is that I was comparing it to the Other Manischevitz. Very Good, Broth is good, it could be a bit better. I prefer the broth vs Jelled broth. Taste is very good, but could be a bit more salt or chicken broth flavored. Only problem with this is the cost, could be a bit less. Will purchase again. Highly recommend.
