Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a stable, oil-soluble form of vitamin c which is proven to be absorbed better. While it is also packed with a lot of top-tier skincare ingredients, it is really gentle on the skin. This white cream is more of a lotion and feels wonderfully hydrating as well as helping to immediately brighten the skin - ok there is mica in this which reflects and makes your skin appear better. Still, I love how this feels.I have been using vitamin c and retinol for years so this didn't cause any issues with my sensitive skin. If you have never used these ingredients, you need to start out with once or twice a week and then add a day as you can tolerate it.This comes in a pretty silver plastic container with a vacuum pump that dispenses the proper amount each time. It has no scent and contains 1.5 ounces. It is a nice all-in-one cream. The box is safety sealed and this is made in the USA.
