Lume does work. My first purchase was a spray and it worked one time but then it would not spray anymore, so I decided to turn it upside down to see if I could get any of it to leak out into the top and it did. I just used as much that would come out of the spray can as possible and what came out I poured it into my Lume Wipes lol 🤭 if something works, don't send it back. Do what you can to use it, I did and I'm still using anything I can from Lume. It's a wonderful product.
