I've noticed that this company has a lot of new stuff in their product lines, so I was happy to try these noodles. They're definitely easy to cook, even on the quick side, and a good rinse under cold water gets off the little bit of starchiness after having boiled them. I found that they were pretty good at absorbing and holding seasonings, and just as nice a bite when eating by themselves. Tasty! Highly recommend!
