I had a hysterectomy and pelvic floor reconstruction 2 weeks ago. These are better than the hospital pads I was given. No itch, no weird pains cause I am normally irritated by the regular "store bought brands" you see at like Target. It was very comfortable to sit with these and great for catching everything that leaks. Not that I will ever need these again, but I struggled for years to find ones that weren't irritating "downstairs" or dry me out. 10/10
