Recent User Experience

I bought a Kohler pillow this shape when I bought my Kohler T42 tub, and it was wonderful, made of thick, very cushy plastic. I replaced it after five years or so with a much less expensive pillow which doesn't cover the neck jets (which are a really bad idea), and it now needs to be replaced. This pillow cost about ten times as much and is about the same quality as the first replacement. I returned it, and I return very few things!
