Delicious! I ran into this soup at the Honolulu airport American Airlines Admirals Club. Left the club craving more so found on Amazon and ordered for my home. Measurements are for industrial sizes - and someone complained about that - but using the serving size listed on the package (1/3 cup of mix with 1 cup of water), for a nice lunch-sized bowl of soup I combined 2/3 cup of mix with 2 cups of water, whisked slowly into the cold water, brought to a boil while stirring, reduced to simmer, covered, cooked for 20 minutes stirring occasionally, turned off after 20 minutes and let sit for another 30 minutes for best quality (according to the package instructions). Spice to your taste - I added hot chili pepper flakes, black pepper, celery salt and croutons. This could also make a nice sauce if you make it a little thicker. Like for potatoes au gratin.
