Love this formula for fine hair. I'm also gray, but a healthy gray. I've been using it for the last 2 years and have found it helpful to lift and buoy my hair. I use about 3 pumps in my hand and work it into the roots. It's not too stiff, just the right amount of lift. No stickiness on my hair but have to rinse my hands...which makes complete sense.
