This is wow, beyond spicy. I had no idea what drumstick curry was, so I didn't know what to expect. Drumstick is the long green vegetable, and it's like quite fibrous... but also soft and good. Overall, the curry was extremely spicy for me. I thought I could handle spice, but no way. I could barely taste anything, but it was very aromatic and delicious.It just tasted so fresh to me, but I couldn't really taste anything after a few bites.After some time, I mixed it down with yogurt, but I wasn't able to finish everything.Also, the instructions are extremely unhelpful. It says to add water, and nowhere does it say how much to add. I just kept adding so much water because I wasn't sure how much to add, but at the same time the directions warned me not to add too much water or it could really alter the taste. There was no win-win here!I think if you know how spicy this is, then it's truly fantastic and easy to make because you'll probably also know how moist/hydrated it should be. But for a first-timer, this is a real surprise. It's super hot and difficult to get the water right.Delicious, but you were warned!
