This is delicious. I moved from San Francisco to essentially a food desert and I don't have access to good restaurants at all. I tend to fall back on quick and simple recipes when I cook at home, so stuff like pav bhaji doesn't really see my plate anymore. This is super simple and quick to make- add water and you're basically done. The spice profile was spot on and I enjoyed it with some roti. It reconstituted into roughly 6-8 ounces I would say, but I don't have a kitchen scale.This would easily be a 5 star purchase if it came in at least a 3 pack instead of solo. This is really good, but hard to stomach the cost for a single pack.
