No doubt the most expensive cream I've ever experienced and I've had more than a few in my days. It's an attractive, green, opaque glass jar. Made in the USA. There's a lot of scent in here, mostly very pleasant and earthy, that stays with you for quite a while so I hope it's appealing to you. It's a bit strong, but I am mostly accustomed to unscented skincare products.I do not think this moisturizer is ideal for my very oily skin. I prepped my face properly prior to using (clarifying wash powder, then toner and a lightweight hylauronic serum). I used this product fairly sparingly, and it takes some time to soak into my skin layers. It in fact, takes quite a long time. An hour later and my face still felt sort of slippery. I think this may be formulated for people with dry skin type. My skin however, is VERY oily and that may have something to do with it.I will find some use for this luxury cream on my neck and upper chest, and on my hands and elbows. There, my skin is not plagued with overactive sebum production and it seems to absorb more quickly instead of just resting on top of my skin surface.This is a nice cream and the quality is definitely here, but I'm afraid it's just not the right one for me and frankly I find the strong scent a bit overwhelming and off-putting; I feel comfortable rating this cream at four stars.
